Cure Nearsightedness – the answer is in sight!

Hi, Paul here, and welcome to my review of the product ‘Vision Without Glasses’.

Please bare in mind that this is only a review, if you’re looking to go straight to the product website, click here.

So, over the course of the last 6 weeks or so, I’ve been putting into practice the methods and techniques taught within this course.

I have to say though, I can’t say I’ve found it easy – if you’re looking for a quick fix to your vision problems, you might as well stop reading now.

As a wearer of contact lenses since childhood, I’ve often pondered the alternatives to vision corrective lenses. I’ve always found maintaining my lenses to be a real chore, not to mention a real strain of my wallet! The odd moment of forgetfulness or carelessness has resulted in more than a few lenses being lost or smashed over the years, costing me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in the process.

And surgery is just something I’ve never considered, having heard too many stories of side affects like halos around lights at night, constant infections and even vision getting considerably worse.

That’s why was intrigued when I came across Vision Without Glasses, with its’ low cost, one-off payment and 60 day money back guarantee.

So I figured ‘what do I have to lose?’, and I must say, I’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by the results. In fact I can confidently say, Vision Without Glasses really has helped to improve my eyesight.

The book is based on the principles of Dr. William Bates, a respected ophthalmologist who practiced early last century. It was Bates belief that almost ALL eyesight disorders are the result of stress, poor visual habits, and wearing corrective lenses.

Yes, wearing glasses or contacts actually makes your vision worse!

The idea is that lenses actually force your eyes to continue to see incorrectly by distorting the light that come through them. As such, the teachings of this book ask you to completely discard your lenses.

I found this a little difficult to get my head around at first – but after a while, it started to make more sense, and all the while, I could measurably notice a marked improvement in my vision.

The Bates method has been in use for over 100 years and is still being widely practiced today, which only reinforces that its methods really do work. Not only does it help to cure nearsightedness, its methods can help with practically ANY eye problems, including farsightedness, strabismus (cross-eye) and presbyopia (old age sight), to name just a few.

The author of the book has broken down the Bates method into concise, easy to follow instructions that are simple for anyone to understand. You don’t have to spend hours on end doing monotonous exercises – just 15 minutes per day is all that’s required.

Vision Without Glasses does not simply teach eye exercises (although that is part of it). It is like a complete health regime tailored for the eyes, teaching how to alleviate stress, and incorporating some relaxation techniques that can help get rid of side effects of eye strain, such as headaches.

If I had to say anything negative about Vision Without Glasses, it would be that starting off is difficult, and the worse your vision is to start with, the more difficult it will be.

Also, I do not recommend not wearing your lenses whilst driving, or during any other activity that may put you at risk, especially during the first few weeks of the course.

However, sticking with it really does pay off – I can now hit a golf ball down the fairway and actually see where it lands!

Overall, Vision Without Glasses is a cheap natural solution to cure nearsightedness and indeed many other kinds of eye problems – therefore I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who suffers from a visual impairment.

Cause of Myopia – what is it and why does it happen?

So, I’ve always had a vague idea as to what myopia (nearsightedness) is – objects close by remain in focus, whilst distant objects appear fuzzy and blurred – but why does this happen?

Myopia is the result of too much curvature on the outer surface of the eyeball (the cornea), or from the eyeball being too long, both of which cause what is called a ‘refravtive error’, causing the light entering to  focus at a point before it reaches the back of the eyeball (the retina), resulting in blurred vision when viewing distant objects.

Myopia normally first occurs during childhood. Although some people many have a genetic predisposition to nearsightedness, many people believe this is due to constant strain on the eyes from prolonged periods of close work, like reading and writing. It is believed to affect as much as 30% of the general population

People affected by myopia often complain of headaches, probably related to stress and straining the eyes constantly in order to focus correctly. This is something that I myself have been afflicted with quite often, so it will be interesting to note if Vision Without Glasses makes any difference in this regard.

Myopic eyesight is most commonly corrected with glasses or contact lenses – however these are certainly no cure. In fact, eyesight often continues to degenerate behind lenses as the eye become accustomed to it. The eye exercises in this book require you disregard your glasses or contacts and I must say, it  hasn’t been easy for me (although I’m still wearing them whilst driving for safety’s sake). I certainly hope these exercises prove to have a permanent, long term effect, as I know i’m enjoying not having to think about my lenses all the time. Time will tell – check back soon for more updates.

Cure nearsightedness – a real possibility?

Hi, my name’s Paul, and welcome to my site.

If you’ve found this site, you probably, like me, are affected by nearsightedness.

Since I was a child, I’ve been wearing contact lenses. I’ve always found it a chore puting them in, taking them out, cleaning, maintaining etc – so I was intrigued to come across the product Vision Without Glasses – an ebook which claims to give the reader a guide to improving vision via various eye exercises and techniques that have been in use since the start of the last century.

I’ve often thought about eye surgery, but the cost is huge (I was once quoted $7000) and the negatives often outweigh the positives. So I’ve decided to splash a heard earned $37 – will it turn out to be the natural cure for nearsightedness I’ve been looking (squinting) for? Stay posted for my findings, coming soon!
